Shipping
By shopping through Nova Jardin, you are buying directly from the designer, supporting independent jewellery businesses worldwide. Designers agree to provide you tracked shipping globally. Designer's shipping rates may vary and are calculated at checkout. You will receive an email including the tracking number when your order is dispatched.
You will own the goods on and from the later of the point in time when: (a) we receive payment in full, or (b) we deliver the goods to you.
Nova Jardin require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Nova Jardin, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.
Many products from our sites are made to order. The manufacturing time can take about two weeks after we receive the order. Delivery times appearing on the Site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. Nova Jardin is not responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Tax and Duties:
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. You are responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Nova Jardin does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
Customers purchasing from a country served as Delivered duty paid (DDP) will incur relevant import duties and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country served as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the carrier or an import broker. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
